Synopsis:
On Thursday, December 30th, 2021 at 12:35 P.M. it is believed the victim was sleeping just before witnesses heard the suspect engage in a "scuffle" with the victim. The suspect pulled out a handgun and shot the victim. The suspect then fled 300 E. Market St, down the Riverwalk.
