Synopsis:
On Monday, April 12, 2021, at 2:20 P.M. The victim was riding his bicycle near the 600 block of E. Evergreen St. While riding his bicycle, the victim was being followed by an unknown SUV. As the victim was checking trashcans on his bicycle, the unknown SUV stopped near the victim and the unknown suspect shot the victim. The SUV and unknown suspect fled the location. The victim suffered from a gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
