Synopsis:
In the early morning of October 25, 2021, Dolly Michelle Hogan was seen walking north in the southbound lanes of Interstate 10 near the Huebner exit. Ms. Hogan was struck by an unknown vehicle and died from her injuries. No witnesses were found, and no suspect information is known.
