Synopsis:
On Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at approximately 4:03 AM a TXDOT road crew found the victim deceased along the 6100 block of the IH 10 E access road. The victim had been struck by an unknown vehicle(s) between Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at approximately 10:30 PM and Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 4:03 AM. The vehicle(s) fled the scene without stopping to render aid and give information.
