Information leading to the identification and location of the suspect responsible for this Fail to Stop and Render Aid - Death.
Synopsis:
On Sunday January 23, 2022, Mariano Lugo, was riding a 2004 Suzuki motorcycle westbound on W. Southcross Blvd. A maroon 2008 Honda Accord was traveling south on IH 35 S access road, and it disregarded a red light entering the intersection as the Mr. Lugo approached. Mr. Lugo attempted to stop and avoid the Honda, but he was unable to stop in time. Mr Lugo crashed into the Honda when it entered his path and he was ejected. Mariano Lugo suffered fatal injuries during the crash. All the occupants of the Honda fled the crash scene on foot without stopping to check on Mr. Lugo or render any reasonable aid to include calling form emergency services.
