Aggravated Assault Deadly Weapon at the Dollar General

Information leading to the identification and location of the suspect responsible for this Aggravated Assault w/a Deadly Weapon.

On Saturday, February 5, 2022, around 9:30 pm, the victim drove to a Dollar General in the 3000 block of New Mathis Rd located in Elmendorf, TX. The suspect had followed the victim. As the victim was leaving the store, the suspect was waiting outside and began shooting at the victim and the victim’s vehicle. The victim was struck by gunfire and was transported taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

At this time, we are asking the public for help identifying the suspect. The unknown suspect is believed to be a Hispanic Male, in his late 20’s and Early 30’s, thin built, last seen wearing a black sweater, sweatpants, and ball cap. The Suspect also had tattoos on his face. Suspect’s vehicle was said the be a medium size SUV, dark in color.
