Synopsis:
On Sunday, February 6, 2022, at 1:41 pm, the victim was driving by the 2300 block of Arbor St, which is a property they own, and is currently vacant and under construction. The victim noticed an unknown male (suspect) standing by the air conditioning unit. It appeared the suspect tampered with the unit. The victim verified no one should be at the house and confronted the suspect. The suspect pulled out a handgun, pointed it at them, and told them to move. The suspect then fled the location. The victim was able to take photos with her phone before the male left the location.
