Information leading to the identification and location of the suspect responsible for the Murder of 40 year old, Victim Scott Carter.
Synopsis:
On Friday, March 11, 2022, at approximately 6:40 am, the victim was preparing to go to work. The unknown suspect was dropped off by a newer model black Ford F-150 Crew Cab (Stock photograph used above) along the 500 block of Storeywood Dr. The suspect vehicle has chrome wheels and chrome running boards. The suspect shot the victim and was picked up by the black Ford F-150. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
