Synopsis:
On Monday, February 21,2022 at 6:35 AM, Leon Valley officers responded to 5622 Evers (Vista Del Rey Apts) in the City of Leon Valley for a male laying on the ground. Upon arrival the victim Shelton Fersner III, was found to have a gunshot wound. Fersner was pronounced deceased at scene. A gunshot was heard at approximately 2 AM followed by a male yelling. Leon Valley Police Department investigating.
Suspect charged in February for the Murder of Shelton Fersner III on April 5, 2022 by Leon Valley PD.
