Synopsis:
On Sunday, October 24, 2021, at 2:01 am, Frank Mello was operating a gray Ford F-150 while driving south on SW 36th Street between Castroville Road and US Hwy 90 W. An unknown dark colored SUV drove around the Victim and stopped in front of the F-150 causing the Victim to stop in the roadway. The unknown suspect then fired multiple rounds, striking the Victim multiple times. The Victim was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased on December 9, 2021.
