On Monday, May 23, 2022, the two Victims were inside an apartment at the listed location when they heard knocking on the front door. The did not answer the knocking, and the Suspect requested to speak with an individual who frequently sleeps at the apartment. The Suspect was advised by the victims the individual was not currently at the apartment. The front door was then closed but was pushed back opened by a female who was with the Suspect. The Suspect removed a handgun from his waistband area and pointed the handgun at the Victim. The Victim turned around and ran towards the back of the apartment. The Suspect discharged several rounds towards the Victims as he ran away. The Suspect returned to the parking lot and discharged additional rounds towards the apartment building. The Suspect returned to a black sedan vehicle (possible a BMW). The vehicle is missing part of the front grill, and the vehicle displayed a paper tag at the time of the crime.
