Synopsis:
On Saturday, June 25, 2022, the Victim was driving westbound on E. Martin Street after leaving work and was approaching the construction area on E. Martin Street at Soledad Street. The Victim, Timothy Sypher, was stopped at the red light when an occupant of a light blue sedan opened fire striking the Victim’s vehicle. The driver of the light blue sedan then sped away. The Victim was hit and succumbed to his injuries. Other motorists may have witnessed the shooting and we’re seeking their assistance.
