Synopsis:
On Wednesday, July 4, 2007, at 11:14 pm, Adrian Rangel was a passenger in a vehicle that was at the intersection of Acme Rd. and Castroville. During this time, it’s believed that an individual fired at the Rangel’s vehicle with a shotgun. Rangel was struck by the gunfire. The victim pictured was 14 years old at the time of the incident.
