Synopsis:
On Saturday July 23, 2022, the victim observed his sister’s vehicle being stolen. The victim attempted to stop the theft by driving behind the suspects. When the suspects noticed they were being followed, they stopped the stolen vehicle and opened fire with a handgun on the victim’s vehicle. The suspects fled the location in the stolen vehicle.
