Synopsis:
The Victim was by the basketball courts when he was shot in the head by an unknown suspect. The suspect ran from the crime scene on foot. The suspect is believed to visit the apartment complex often, and he is believed to be known by residents within the complex. Kaeil’s family is asking for anyone to come forward who may have witnessed the shooting or witnessed the suspect flee the area after the shooting.
