Synopsis:
On Thursday September 9, 2021, the body of a twenty-five-year-old male was in a ditch on the south side of San Antonio, Texas, with a gunshot wound to the head. After interviews with friends and family, it was determined that Torrez was last seen alive during the early morning hours of September 9th, in the area of the 300 block of Fenfield Avenue.
