Synopsis:
The Victim entered the highway driving eastbound on IH 10 E. The Victim’s vehicle accidently cut of the Suspect’s vehicle when she merged onto the highway. The Suspect’s vehicle began driving aggressively exhibiting road rage towards the victim. When traffic came to a stop the Suspect exited his vehicle and approached the Victim’s vehicle. The suspect displayed a handgun and pointed the handgun at the Victim. The Suspect returned to his vehicle and fled the area. CASE CLOSED
