Aggravated Assault w/ Deadly Weapon at the Chevron Food Mart

Synopsis:
On Friday, July 08, 2022, at 10:36 pm, A Victim got into an altercation with a group of males over a cigarette. One of the unknown suspects pulled out a handgun and pointed it at Victim. A second Victim approached, trying to intervene.
After the initial confrontation, both parties separated. Both Victims went to a nearby food truck while the suspects went into the food mart located at 4035 E Houston St. Once the suspects exited the food mart, they confronted the victims again and assaulted them, one of the suspects used a handgun. As passersby started to approach, the suspects left the area.
