Synopsis:
On Wednesday August 17, 2022, at approximately 9:32 pm the Victim was found deceased in the grass median between the southbound main lanes and the access road in the 8600 block of SW Loop 410. The victim was in the roadway when he was struck by a vehicle which fled the scene southbound without stopping to render aid to the victim.
