Synopsis:
On Saturday, September 03, 2022, at 3:35 pm, the complainant was driving a black Chevrolet Blazer southbound on IH 37 S near Southton Rd. The suspect vehicle, a gray 2019-2022 model Dodge Ram 2500 pickup truck with a black antenna on rear bed, began to merge into the Chevrolet Blazer’s lane and forced the Chevrolet Blazer off of the road, causing the complainant’s vehicle to lose control and flip multiple times. The driver of the Chevrolet Blazer was ejected and died at the scene. A 5-year-old passenger was also ejected and injured in this crash. The gray Dodge Ram 2500 fled the scene and failed to stop and render aid (above picture).
