Synopsis:
On Monday, September 26, 2022 at approximately 1:32 AM, Henry Arizola was riding a bicycle northeast in the 6100 block of Enrique M. Barrera Pkwy when he was struck from behind by an unknown vehicle which had partially left the roadway to the right. The vehicle fled the scene without stopping to render aid to the victim.
