Synopsis:
On Friday, October 7, 2022, at 6:15 pm, the victim and two other employees were at the Super Nova Smoke Shop on 4411 West Ave, opened for business when the suspect came in and pretend to be looking at merchandise. The unknown male suspect pulled out a silver handgun and forced them to zip tie each other. The suspect remained in the store for over 20 more minutes as he grabbed money from the register and items from the location. The suspect placed the gun back in his waist area and pulled out a machete as he continued in the store. The suspect left the location after being told the police were on the way.
