Synopsis:
On Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 5:12 pm, the victim was playing a basketball game at Tru Fit Athletic Club Park North located at 522 NW Loop 410, when the victim dunked on the suspect. The suspect sustained a cut to his nose from the play. The injury was unintentional. The suspect left the gym, returned, and punched the suspect in the face, making the victim go unconscious. The suspect then continued to punch the victim. The victim sustained broken bones in his face.
