Synopsis:
On Friday, December 16, 2022, the victim was in the parking lot of his apartment complex. A white four door vehicle (possibly Toyota Camry) was traveling on Mira Vista and stopped at the apartment complex parking lot. An unknown occupant of the vehicle fired multiple shots, striking the victim. The vehicle fled northbound on Mira Vista.
