The identification and location of the suspect involved in the Aggravated Assault w/ Deadly Weapon.
Synopsis:
On 02/08/2023 the victim was driving Northbound on the main lanes of IH-35 N in the 6400 block. A road rage incident occurred and an occupant of an 18 wheeler fired multiple shots hitting the victim. The 18 wheeler is identified as being yellow and towing a box trailer. The footage/image obtained of the possible suspect vehicle shows manage yellow/orange lights surrounding the 18 wheeler and there are no markings on the box trailer itself.
