On Sunday, January 29th, 2023, between the hours of 3:00 and 3:15 am, the Victim observed the Suspect burglarizing his business via video surveillance. The Victim drove to his business located at 6851 Military Dr West and observed damage to the rear door.  The Victim entered the front of his business, and the Suspect fled the business by exiting the rear door.  The Victim followed behind the Suspect, and he caught up to the Suspect.  The Victim tackled the Suspect to the ground to stop the Suspect’s escape, and the Suspect used a crowbar to against the Victim.  The Suspect fled on foot after assaulting the Victim, and the Victim sustained head injuries. 

The Suspect fled towards the Pinn Rd.  The Suspect is approximately 5’11” and possibly had a mustache (at the time of crime).
