Synopsis:
On Thursday, February 23rd, 2023, at approximately 6:30 am, San Antonio Police Officers were dispatched to the Sorento Apartments located at 2803 Fredericksburg Road for a homeless related call. Officers discovered the victim unresponsive near the office of the apartment complex sitting in a pool of blood. EMS was requested to the scene and discovered the victim was suffering from stab wounds. EMS pronounced the victim deceased at the scene and homicide was notified. Assistance is needed in identifying the suspect(s) and the suspect vehicle.
