Manslaughter of Sebastian Vazquez Carpio

Synopsis:
On Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 1217 am, Sebastian Vazquez Carpio was reported missing (SAPD20178091). Later that day, officers discovered Sebastian had been shot inside 4959 Fortuna Place, San Antonio, TX. During the investigation, it was determined, after the shooting, the suspect(s) carjacked an individual and used the vehicle to dispose of Sebastian’s body. Sebastian was placed in the stolen vehicle, and the suspect(s) intentionally burned it. On September 20, 2020, the vehicle and Sebastian’s body were discovered in a field near 6600 Calle Duarte, San Antonio, TX. The suspect(s) also burned evidence of the crime before burning the vehicle.
