Synopsis:
On Sunday, April 9th, 2023 at 12:44 pm, after the victims vehicle became involved in a road rage incident with the suspect vehicle while driving southbound on Fratt Rd then westbound on Rittiman Rd, the occupants of the victims vehicle began arguing with the occupants of the suspect vehicle, a gold Ford Escape, while stopped in the Burger King parking lot at Rittiman and IH 35. As the victim drove away toward the adjacent Travel Inn parking lot, the passenger of the suspect vehicle produced a handgun and shot at the victims vehicle, striking the driver of the vehicle in the leg. The suspect vehicle then fled from northbound on IH 35 from Rittiman Rd.
