Synopsis:
On Thursday April 13, 2023, the victim arrived at his residence and parked in the driveway. As the victim exited his vehicle, the suspect vehicle drove past the victim’s residence and stopped. Occupants of the suspect vehicle exited the suspect vehicle and shot at the victim. The victim succumbed to his injuries.
