Synopsis:
On Thursday, March 30, 2023, at approximately 9 PM., San Antonio Police Department was dispatched to the 13030 block of Blanco Road (Cape Cod Apartments) for gunshots coming from inside an apartment. Upon officer’s arrival the victim, Marcel Greenwood (pictured above), was discovered inside the apartment unresponsive on the floor. EMS made the scene and pronounced Greenwood deceased. The victim appeared to be suffering from gunshot wounds. According to witnesses the suspect (s) were observed leaving the apartment after the gunshots. Assistance is needed in identifying the suspect (s) and the suspect vehicle. This suspect vehicle has false license plates attached (Suspect vehicle pictured).
