Synopsis:
On Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 9:23 PM, an unknown stolen white 2016 Volkswagen Golf was traveling south on the 9100 block of Culebra Rd. The Volkswagen struck the Victim who was riding a bicycle in the roadway. The Victim, Geoffrey Shaffer, was pronounced deceased at the crash scene. The driver of the suspect vehicle has not been identified. The suspect vehicle was found abandoned the morning after the crash on the 4500 block of Cornudo Rdg.
