Synopsis:
On Sunday April 23, 2023, at 0137 am, the victim was riding a motorcycle northbound on IH-35 in the 15600 block when he was struck from behind by a reckless driver. The driver did not stop to render aid. The victim was ejected from the motorcycle and ultimately struck by another vehicle and did not survive his injuries. Witnesses described the suspect vehicle as a tan or beige color Jeep SUV possibly a Grand Cherokee. The suspect vehicle may have left side and right front damage because of scraping the concrete center divider and striking the motorcycle.
