Synopsis:
On Monday July 17, 2023, at around 01:00AM in the morning an unknown male and female are observed on camera carrying a basket into the parking lot of Grissom Road Church. The SPs place the basket down by the back door and leave the location on foot. Later at approximately 20:50PM, the reporting person, was riding his bicycle in the parking lot and saw the basket by the back door. The reporting person uncovered the top of the basket and found the Victim, a one-day old baby boy, laying in the basket. The Victim was in the basket for almost 20 hours covered by a jacket. The basket was placed under the awning of the back doors. The temperature high for the day was 110° F.
