Synopsis:
On Sunday June 25, 2023, at 3:05am, the Victim Isai Manuel Alvarado was walking on the 900 block of San Pedro Rd. Isai was not at a crosswalk, crossed the street from east to west and was struck by a dark blue sedan traveling southbound on San Pedro Rd. The Driver of the Sedan fled the scene prior to police arrival. On June 27, 2023, Isai was pronounced deceased.
