Synopsis:
On Monday, July 31, 2023, at 12:35 PM, the elderly male victim was pumping gas at the Circle K near Research / Huebner Rd (10219 Huebner Rd.) when a newer Red Dodge Charger approached him, demanding he provide them his credit card. The victim declined to hand over his credit card and the suspect(s) assaulted the victim by shooting him with a BB gun. The suspects fled westbound on Huebner rd. There are multiple reports before and after this incident of the same suspects shooting joggers in the area with a BB gun causing injuries, as well as the same suspects demanding money and gas from other individuals.
