Aggravated Assault Against Public Servant at the Northside ISD Aquatic Center

Information leading to the identification and location of the suspect responsible for the Aggravated Assault Against Public Servant at the Northside ISD Aquatic Center.
Synopsis:
On Sunday, September 24, 2023, at approximately 10:00 PM, an Nothside ISD Police Officer was dispatched to the scene for trespassers inside the Northside ISD Aquatic Center located at 8400 North Loop 1604 West. The NISD Police Officer found and had 3 males flee from him, two of which got into a white Ford Mustang. When the Victim attempted to stop the males in the vehicle, they drove towards him and struck him. The NISD Police Officer fired one round from his duty weapon, before falling onto the ground. One of the 3 males was taken into custody. The other two males are at large.
