Murder of Meagan Renee Turner.

Information leading to the identification and location of the suspect(s) responsible for the Murder of Meagan Renee Turner.
Synopsis:
On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 7:17 pm, SAPD officers responded to the Bubble Zone Carwash at 4239 N. Foster Rd for a shooting in progress. When officers arrived, they located Meagan Tuner deceased, lying in the backseat of an SUV with multiple gunshot wounds to her body. Meagan was vacuuming the backseat of her vehicle when a suspect vehicle parked nearby the Carwash property. Three (3) suspects exited the suspect vehicle and ran toward Meagan’s vehicle. The three (3) suspects fired multiple rounds into Meagan's vehicle before running on foot back to the awaiting suspect vehicle, which contained a driver and fourth suspect that did not exit the vehicle.
