Synopsis:
On Saturday, October 21st, 2023 at approximately 5:00 pm, the victim arrived to the Dominion Park - Apartments located at 9835 Fredericksburg Rd. and observed the two Hispanic male SP’s having car issues. The Victim brought down water to help them. When the Victim went upstairs to make them a funnel, the SP’s were at his door. The SP’s pulled out and pointed guns at the Victim. The Victim then fled down the stair while the SP’s fled in their vehicle, a gold colored sedan.
