Synopsis:
On Thursday October 19, 2023, at approximately 8:34 p.m., The suspect walked into the business at 8331 State Hwy 151 and began concealing items. The suspect began walking out of the location with the concealed property, a clerk confronted the suspect prior to exiting the location. The suspect continued on without paying and the Victim confronted the suspect again in the parking lot, the suspect turned and pepper sprayed the Victim. The suspect fled in an unknown vehicle.
