On Sunday, October 22nd, 2023, at 8:23 pm, The victim was walking on the 4900 block of Fredericksburg Rd on the listed date and time when she was shot at multiple times by the driver of the vehicle portrayed in the attached photos. The two individuals portrayed in the attached photos were passengers in the suspect vehicle. The victim described the vehicle as a white 4 door Mitsubishi.
