Synopsis:
On Wednesday November 1, 2023, at appoximately 8:41 PM, David Edward Narel was was riding his bicycle west bound on the Access Rd of North 1604 West. The driver of an unknown color 2013-2015 Mitsubishi Outlander (stock photograph provided) traveling West on North Loop 1604 West Access Rd. struck Narel in the number 2 lane. The Mitsubishi fled the scene and failed to stop and render aid to David Edward Narel.
