Synopsis:
On Tuesday December 5, 2023, at 08:40 AM, the suspect entered the QuikTrip convenience store to purchase items and gasoline. The suspect pumped gasoline into a small drinking cup and departed the location to a nearby homeless area. The suspect threw the cup of gasoline on the victim and lit the gasoline causing the victim to catch on fire. The fire caused serious bodily injury to the victim and the suspect fled the location in an unknown direction.
