Synopsis:
On Sunday December 17, 2023, the victim was walking along the side of the road on the 4000 blk. Roosevelt. The victim was struck by a gray or silver vehicle. The vehicle fled the location and did not render aid to the victim. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the crash scene.
