Synopsis:
On Sunday early morning December 24, 2023, the victim was walking across the 1600 block of Culebra Rd. The driver of a gray 2017-18 Ford Fusion traveling east on Culebra Rd. struck the victim, Roxanne Solis. The Ford fled the scene with damage to the front driver side of the Ford. The Ford would be missing the front driver side plastic insert on the driver side of the bumper and broken driver side head light.
