Synopsis:
On Friday December 15, 2023 at 9:45 p.m., Tarod Mitchell, and other victims were standing at the intersection of N. Mittman St. / Arthur St. when an unknown suspect(s) in a white Kia sedan drove by and shot at the victims. Tarod Mitchell and another victim were struck by gunfire. Tarod Mitchell later succumbed to his injuries. It is believed the involved Kia sedan was stolen and occupied with up to four or more passengers.
