Synopsis:
On Saturday December 30, 2023 around 8:58 p.m., Ethan Martinez left his apartment to meet with unknown people in the parking lot to sell vape cartridges. Shortly after reaching the parking lot, gunfire erupted and Ethan Martinez was shot and killed. Video footage showed numerous people at the scene who are believed to be witnesses.
