Synopsis:
On Monday 03/25/2024, at 5:07 PM, Kelly Ibarra-Suarez was struck by a motor vehicle while she was crossing the roadway along the 3400 block of W. Commerce St on an electric scooter. Ibarra-Suarez suffered serious bodily injury because of the crash. The unknown suspect departed the location without making an attempt to provide any insurance, identifying information, or rendering aid. The suspect vehicle is possibly a 2000s model Ford F-150.
