Fail to Stop and Render Aid - Death of Angelica Cardenas

Synopsis:
On Thursday, September 29, 2002, at 1:12 am. the Angelica Cardenas was riding on the back of a Harley Davidson on the 2300 blk of Hwy 90 West. The motorcycle struck a folding table causing both riders to fall off. The Cardenas was run over by a Red Dodge Neon (Stock Photo attached). The Dodge Neon then fled the scene without rendering aid. The Cardenas passed away from her injuries. The Neon is possibly a 1997 model or older.
