Synopsis:
On Sunday, January 21, 2024, at 5:52 pm, the victims vehicle was legally parked and unattended at 1150 N Loop 1604 West. An unknown male was observed via the victims vehicles surviellance cameras as he waked by and began to use an unknown object to scratch from the front of the driver door to teh back of the left side of the door causing a felony amount of damage. Please help identify this suspect.
